Environmental days for employees

Why not involve and motivate your staff by taking part in our employee volunteering opportunities? Enjoy the stimulation and sense of achievement of working outdoors on one of our reserves, taking part in a beach clean or learning traditional bush craft skills in our Digital Detox sessions.

Give your staff the chance to take part in important conservation work, supporting the local wildlife and the local community. Connecting with nature can also help your team's productivity, creativity and most importantly their wellbeing.

Whether it is an informal teambuilding day or simply the chance for your staff to get together and put something back into the community, we have an opportunity for you. Many companies find our corporate volunteering days offer fantastic team-building and staff development opportunities.

Typically these sessions run from autumn to early spring and could involve scrub bashing, clearing young birch and bracken, improving pathways, building bonfires and litter picking, or taking part in national surveys and citizen science projects.

We do charge for these bespoke events to cover staff time, recourses and insurance.
