Sussex Wildlife Trust Storrington and Arun Valley Regional Group - Members-only event

The first Annual General Meeting of the SWT Storrington and Arun Valley Regional Group will be held at the headquarters of the Sussex Wildlife Trust on Saturday 7th May starting at 10am. The "Meeting Room" at Woods Mills is suitable for wheelchair access.

Besides the formal business of the AGM which will last about 45 minutes, we have an exciting agenda for you: there will be two talks from James Duncan (Communities & Wildlife Officer, SWT) and Dr Tony Whitbread (President, SWT). Tony will talk to us briefly on his vision of the future and where our group can contribute before James covers Woods Mill, its history and spectacular wildlife.

Refreshments will be available, after which James and Tony will then lead groups in a guided walk around the Nature Reserve. We aim to finish the walks around 1pm.

Please bring binoculars and sturdy footwear with appropriate clothing for the weather.

There is ample parking at Woods Mill.

Please note that places have had to be limited because of room capacity and guided walk limitations on numbers. Booking up in advance is therefore essential.
