We’re celebrating 50 years of Seaford Head Nature Reserve - the best spot to enjoy spectacular views of both the Seven Sisters and Cuckmere Valley. Join us in autumn to observe some of the bird species that call the reserve home, but also those that are on the move. Autumn typically has a very different feel to spring, the urgency of the breeding season gone, birds gradually working their way south towards wintering grounds. This can often be the perfect time of year to find rarer birds amongst the more common migrants. Autumn can also be a great time for sea-watching and Seaford Head offers the perfect opportunity - you never know what seabirds we may see! We'll also keep our eyes peeled for the wealth of other creatures that inhabit this wonderful chalk downland. 3km walk with some slopes.

Meet in the car park next to South Hill Barn (Grid ref: TV505980, nearest postcode BN25 4JQ).
