Cooking Sustainable Seafood Wednesday, 19th August 2015 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Visit the local fish market to explore the different types of fish and find out about sustainability and seasonality of the local seafood. This is followed by a cooking demonstration and the opportunity to cook a two course fish lunch to enjoy.

Suitable for 16 year olds and above.

Classroom on the Coast, Hastings Stade, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 3FJ.

Pay and display parking nearby (Rock-a-nore or Pelham Car Park). Toilets available at venue.
