On your marks, get sett...

Russell Gardham from Eastbourne will be running the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 15th April to raise money to support the work of the Sussex Wildlife Trust, the leading conservation organisation in Sussex.

Russell will be out and about during the coming week (April 7 – 14) finalising his training regime while dressed as the Sussex Wildlife Trust badger mascot.

Russell expects to complete the 26.2 mile course, wearing the full suit, within five hours.

The Brighton Marathon starts at Preston Park at 9.45am and will finish on Madeira Drive next to the Brighton Palace Pier.

Please look out for the Sussex Wildlife Trust badger and give him a cheer to help him on his way.
